At Christmas, egg nog has always been a tradition in my house -- a tradition I intend to share with the world.  Here, you will find all sorts of recipes for egg nog, including how to make egg nog like my mum did with my family secret recipe for home made egg nog the old fashioned way.

Remember, when you make egg nog, to keep the eggs very clean, and seriously consider pasteurizing your egg nog, or buying eggs that have been pre-pasteurized.  After all, what is egg nog - other than a bunch of eggs, all potentially carrying a stray bacteria or two, that might otherwise make one feel a bit under the weather.
